Sialkot Medical College (SMC) is a private medical college located in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. It was established in 2004 and is affiliated with the University of Health Sciences, Lahore. SMC offers a five-year MBBS program and is recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).

SMC has a well-qualified faculty and modern facilities, including a library, laboratories, a museum, and a hospital. Admission to SMC is based on merit. Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examination with pre-medical subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) and obtained at least 60% marks.
