Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT) in Lahore, Pakistan, was established through a collaborative effort between the Government of Punjab, Pakistan, and the Tianjin University of Technology (TUT) in China. The university was founded in the year 2018. The affiliation of PTUT is with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. 

The university aims to provide quality education in various fields of engineering, technology, and sciences, based on the Chinese model of education. PTUT offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, and more.
