Stipendium Hungaricum, the Hungarian Government's most distinguished higher education scholarship program, provides a diverse choice of courses to Pakistani students with an exceptional academic record.

The scholarship aims to support the internationalization and continuous development of Hungarian higher education, to strengthen the international relations of the academic and research community, and to promote Hungarian higher education's good reputation and competitiveness around the world.

The Hungarian government established the initiative in 2013, and it is overseen by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and managed by the Tempus Public Foundation. 

Based on bilateral education agreements between Hungary and the sending countries, this program is already available in about 70 countries across five continents, attracting over 5000 international students annually.

Applicants are offered nearly 500 full-time degree programs in all higher education sectors and degree levels, including part-time and doctorate programs.

Applications for the 2024-25 Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program are now available!

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) accepts applications from Pakistani/AJ&K nationals for the Hungarian Government's Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program (2024-25), which offers Bachelor's, Master's, One-Tier master's, and PhD programs.
