1. Privatization Specialist (SPPS-II)
Job Description:
- Provide expert advisory services on privatization policies and strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis on corporate finance, asset valuation, and regulatory compliance.
- Engage with stakeholders, including government entities and private organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake privatization and financial advisory services.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of privatization projects.

Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Corporate Legal Advisor (SPPS-II)
Job Description:
- Provide legal advisory services on corporate matters and privatization.

- Represent the Ministry in legal proceedings when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with corporate and public sector laws.
- Provide expert legal opinions on privatization and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:
- Education: LL.B or LL.M degree; Advocate of the High Court of Pakistan.

3. Industrial Economist (SPPS-III)
Job Description:
- Conduct research and economic analysis in industrial policy and trade.
- Develop statistical and econometric models for forecasting economic trends.
