The Chief Minister's Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2025, which offers merit-based financial aid to talented students pursuing undergraduate degrees, has seen the Punjab government launch 30,000 new scholarships.

Recipients of the scholarship will receive financial assistance for their full tuition costs, which will benefit students from low-income families.

How to Apply

Eligible students may apply by visiting the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) official website and completing the online application form. The web or the PHEC helpdesk are the two options available to applicants for more information.

Qualifications for Eligibility

The scholarship program is intended for students who received at least 70% on their intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/12th Grade) exam. The candidates must meet the requirements listed below:

Residence: The candidate must reside in Punjab.

Family Income: The applicant's family income (for public sector HEIs) cannot exceed Rs. 350,000.

Degree Program: Candidates with a bachelor's, bachelor's, master's, or bachelor's degree may apply.
