Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a government-owned, not-for-profit company, incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. PRMSC is executing the World Bank-funded project “Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)” in 16 selected Tehsils of Punjab. The company seeks to hire qualified and experienced professionals at its Head Office (PRMSC-HO) for the following positions:
1. Manager (MIS and Data Management) – 01 Post
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and data infrastructure.
- Supervise data collection, validation, storage, and reporting activities.
- Support project planning and monitoring through efficient MIS tools.
- Ensure integration of MIS with project activities.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / MIS
- 10 years of relevant work experience in handling software, hardware, MIS, and data administration.
- 4 years of experience working in similar projects or organizations with comparable conditions.
2. Deputy Manager Audit – 02 Posts
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
- Monitor financial control systems and compliance procedures.
- Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with finance and other departments for audits.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance / Auditing / Accounting / Commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences.
- 10 years of relevant work experience in internal audit, audit of public expenditure, internal controls, risk assessment, and fiduciary control.
3. Computer Operator – 02 Posts
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain computer systems for data entry and project documentation.
- Generate MIS reports and support administrative processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and safe data handling.
Requirements:
- Intermediate with Diploma in Computer/IT.
- 2 years of relevant work experience in data entry and related tasks.
4. Office Assistant – 01 Post
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Assist with office clerical tasks, recordkeeping, and correspondence.
- Handle document filing and general administrative support.
- Coordinate office operations and logistics.
Requirements:
- Literate (basic education, with ability to read/write).
