Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Montessori Teacher to join Al Noor Public School & Academy in Qaiserabad, Multan. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and creativity in young children.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver Montessori curriculum to children in accordance with the school’s educational philosophy.
• Observe, assess, and record students' progress and development.
• Encourage children to work independently and engage in collaborative activities.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and child-friendly classroom environment.
• Communicate with parents to discuss their children’s progress and address any concerns.
• Provide support and guidance to children in their social, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
• Incorporate creative and hands-on activities to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

• A diploma or certification in Montessori teaching (or a related qualification).
• Proven experience in teaching at the Montessori level (preferred).
• Strong understanding of child development principles and Montessori philosophy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
