Karachi University announces admissions for the 2024-25 session in Doctor of Pharmacy Morning and Evening Program, Visual Studies, BS, and B.Ed. (Hons).

The online applications poral will start accepting on October 28.

In the meeting held in connection with the admission for the year 2025 under the chairmanship of the vice chancellor of the University of Karachi, Prof. Dr. Khalid Mahmood Iraqi, it was decided that the admission for the year 2025 (morning program) based on the entrance test will start from 28 October 2024.

According to the In-charge Directorate of Admissions, University of Karachi, Dr. Saima Akhtar, the online admission form for admissions in Doctor of Pharmacy (Morning and Evening Program), Visual Studies, and BS, BE (Hons), and BE four-year programs from October 28, 2024, to June 6, 2024, can be submitted till November 20, 2024.

BS programs in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology, Applied Physics, Biotechnology, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Commerce, Computer Science, Criminology, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Education, Environmental Studies, Food Science and Technology, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, International Relations. , Mass Communication, Petroleum Technology, Public Administration, Special Education and Sports Business Management, and Teachers Education (B.Ed. Hons.) are included.

The Director of Admissions told the meeting that the entrance test for the Doctor of Pharmacy (Morning and Evening Program) and BS, BD (Honors) program will be held on November 17, 2024, while the admission list will be released on November 26, 2024.

Besides, the Department of Visual Studies includes Bachelors of Design (four-year program), Bachelors of Fine Arts (four-year program), and Bachelors of Architecture (five-year program). will be released.

Meanwhile, open merit-based admissions in BS first and third years in the morning program will start on November 18, 2024. Interested candidates can submit their online admission forms till 28th November 2024, while admissions to BS First, Third Year Program, and Diploma and Certificate courses in the evening program will start from 8th December 2024, and they can submit their online admission forms till 18th December 2024.
