Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) has been established under the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024 by the Government of Punjab to streamline regulatory enforcement across Punjab for more effective implementation of special laws. PERA invites qualified, dynamic, and motivated individuals to join and ensure transparent and compliant governance.

Job Title 1: Enforcement Officer (EO) – BS-14

Number of Vacancies: 36
Special PERA Allowance (Not admissible during training)

Job Description:

  • Enforce regulatory and special laws across Punjab.
  • Participate in operations to ensure compliance with government rules.
  • Maintain law and order during regulatory activities.
  • Provide field support during enforcement drives.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute enforcement tasks in line with government directives.
  • Maintain detailed reports and operational documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and legal compliance.
  • Engage with local stakeholders during enforcement actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Honors) or equivalent (16 years of education) with at least 2nd division from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Age Limit: 22 to 32 years
  • Domicile: All Punjab (Merit will be calculated on a divisional basis)
  • Posting Location: Anywhere in Punjab (preferably within the concerned Division)

Job Title 2: Investigation Officer (IO) – BS-11

Number of Vacancies: 99
Special PERA Allowance (Not admissible during training)

Job Description:

  • Investigate violations related to regulatory and special laws.
  • Collect and document evidence for legal actions.
  • Support enforcement officers in identifying non-compliance issues.
  • Draft investigation reports and recommend enforcement actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field investigations and evidence collection.
  • Prepare case files for legal and administrative action.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and other departments.
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of investigation records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Honors) or equivalent (16 years of education) with at least 2nd division from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Age Limit: 22 to 28 years
  • Domicile: All Punjab (Merit will be calculated on a divisional basis)
  • Posting Location: Anywhere in Punjab (preferably within the concerned Division)
