Job Descriptions:

1. General Manager, Infrastructure & Planning

   • About the Role: Oversee infrastructure projects, manage construction activities, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Implement construction activities as per project timelines.
     • Conduct site inspections and implement safety standards.
     • Manage project teams and contractor performance.
   • Requirements:
     • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
     • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in senior management.
     • Proficiency in project management and international financing.

2. Legal Specialist

   • About the Role: Provide high-quality legal support for commercial, corporate, and project-related matters.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Draft and review contracts, and implement legal strategies.
     • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
   • Requirements:
     • Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) and relevant experience in corporate law.
     • Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, with experience in commercial contracts.

3. Finance Manager

   • About the Role: Oversee financial management, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Monitor budgets and financial performance.
     • Support decision-making with financial analysis.
   • Requirements:
     • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, or CFA).
     • At least 5 years in a financial management role.

4. Deputy Manager Accounts

   • About the Role: Support financial operations and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Handle financial reporting and financial insights.
     • Maintain compliance with financial regulations.
   • Requirements:
     • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
     • Proficiency in financial software.

5. Assistant Manager Project Planning

   • About the Role: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Coordinate project activities and manage timelines.
     • Ensure project milestones are achieved.
   • Requirements:
     • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or relevant field.
     • Minimum 5 years of experience with knowledge of project management software.

6. Contracts Specialist

   • About the Role: Oversee contract management and vendor performance.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Draft and review vendor contracts.
     • Ensure compliance with procurement standards.
   • Requirements:
