Job Description 

The individual consultant will support financial oversight, administrative tasks, and grant management for the PRRP, assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies, systems, and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Providing financial, administrative, and grants management oversight
• Developing and managing large-scale financial and administrative systems
• Supporting financial decision-making in both public and private sector contexts
• Preparing financial documentation and reports
• Collaborating with project teams and senior leadership
• Assisting in staff support and team leadership

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in finance
• Experience with international organizations or similar donor-funded projects preferred
• Strong skills in system development and financial process management
• Logical, interpersonal, and analytical skills (both oral and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
