Job Description:

The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore, is seeking candidates for various Visiting Faculty and Daily Paid Labor (DPL) Staff positions across its different campuses. The faculty positions are available in multiple disciplines, including Theriogenology, Pharmacology, Veterinary Medicine, and Poultry Production. The DPL staff positions include roles like Sub. Engineer, Driver, Technician, Gym Trainer/Instructor, Junior Clerk, Lab Assistant, and other support staff such as Attendants, Sweeper, and Female Guards.

Responsibilities:

For Visiting Faculty:

• Teaching and Lecturing: Deliver lectures in specialized subjects like Theriogenology, Pharmacology, Veterinary Medicine, and Poultry Production.

For Daily Paid Labor (DPL) Staff:

• Labor-related Duties: Staff will be responsible for assisting in various tasks according to their role, such as handling equipment, assisting faculty, maintaining cleanliness, and other manual work in their assigned departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Age: 18 to 30 years for Daily Paid Labor posts (Relaxation according to government policy).
• Educational Qualifications: Vary by position; candidates applying for faculty roles must have the required academic qualifications in the relevant field.
• Experience: Experience is preferred for specific roles like Technician, Gym Trainer, and Lab Assistant.
• Physical and Mental Health: Candidates should be physically fit and free of any criminal record.
• No Objection to Placement: The candidate must be willing to be placed in the designated work location.
