Job Description

Lead and manage the School of Allied Health Sciences (SAHS). Oversee academic programs and faculty. Ensure compliance with medical education standards. Coordinate with administrative departments to achieve institutional goals. Guide strategic development and innovation in allied health education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement academic policies for SAHS.

• Supervise faculty and staff performance.

• Maintain high-quality educational standards.

• Represent the department in institutional meetings.

• Monitor curriculum development and updates.

• Handle resource planning and departmental budgeting.

Requirements

• MBBS with FCPS or Ph.D.

• Additional qualifications in medical administration would be preferred.

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.

• Valid PMDC registration.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
