Minhaj University Lahore Hosts 2nd International Conference on Climate Action, Irregular Migration, and Zero Hunger

Lahore, Pakistan – April 26, 2025 — Minhaj University Lahore is proud to announce the 2nd International Conference on Climate Action, Irregular Migration, and Zero Hunger, hosted by the School of Political Science. This significant event aims to bring together scholars, policymakers, researchers, and students to engage in meaningful dialogue around the most pressing global challenges of our time.

The conference will take place at Minhaj University Lahore on Saturday, 26th April 2025.

We are honored to welcome Ms. Mechthild Geyer as a distinguished speaker. Ms. Geyer serves as a Moderator, Lecturer in Political Science, and Coordinator of the Directorate of Global Linkages at Minhaj University. She is also pursuing her Ph.D. in Political Science, making her an important voice in the ongoing global discourse on sustainability, governance, and humanitarian concerns.

Held under the theme:
"From across borders, for a better planet,"
the conference seeks to foster inclusive solutions and collaborative strategies to address the critical challenges of climate change, irregular migration, and food insecurity.
