Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in grid stations, transmission lines, and electrification projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with WAPDA, DHA, and other societies, and possess expertise in software tools such as FDRANA, E-TAP, and AutoCAD. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical power systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical power systems for grid stations, transmission lines, and electrification projects.
- Conduct detailed electrical engineering analyses using FDRANA, E-TAP, and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure successful project completion.
- Prepare technical specifications, design drawings, and documentation for electrical systems.
- Perform load flow studies, short-circuit analysis, and coordination studies.
- Ensure compliance with WAPDA, DHA, and other regulatory standards and codes.
- Supervise and inspect the installation, modification, testing, and operation of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues and provide technical support as needed.
- Participate in site inspections, surveys, and commissioning activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E/BSc) in Electrical Engineering (Power).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in grid stations, transmission lines, and electrification.
- Proficiency in FDRANA, E-TAP, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and power systems.
- Experience working with WAPDA, DHA, and other societies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
