Call Center Agent
Job Description:
We are looking for Call Center Agents for Appointment Settlement in the Night Shift.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Set appointments with clients.
- Employ exceptional sales skills to convert potential leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an international call center.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation, appointment settlement, and customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to make back-to-back calls and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong desire to excel in sales and the ambition to grow with us.
