Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Email Marketer to join our team in Lahore. As an Email Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and managing email campaigns that promote our clients' products and services. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating and segmenting email lists, designing email templates, A/B testing emails and analyzing campaign results. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns that align with our clients' broader marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot or Active Campaign.
• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
• Develop compelling and effective email content, including copy and visuals, to drive engagement and achieve campaign goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of email campaigns.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Requirements:

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in email marketing or a related field.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email template design.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel and Data Analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Experience working with eCommerce marketing is a plus
