Call Center agents are Required for Appointment Scheduling USA Campaign in the Night Shift.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in International Call Center.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to make back-to-back calls and ability to work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Making calls to prospective clients and scheduling appointments.
- Set the Appointment with clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM.
