Job Description:
We are hiring a Creative Branding Specialist to shape and elevate our brand identity across all channels. You’ll lead the development of visual assets, narratives, and brand strategies that reflect our values and connect emotionally with audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity (voice, tone, visuals, messaging)
- Design logos, guidelines, packaging, presentations, and marketing assets
- Craft compelling brand stories and narratives
- Ensure brand consistency across all teams and campaigns
- Lead branding for launches, events, and marketing initiatives
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify creative opportunities
- Manage brand refresh or rebranding projects
- Support digital and internal communication needs with creative assets
- Use design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, and Canva
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Branding, Marketing, Design, or Communication
- 3–5 years of relevant branding or design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and design work
- Excellent skills in typography, color theory, and layout
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability
