Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Store Manager to handle the creation and management of stores on platforms like Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Shopify. You will leverage your expertise in Amazon algorithms and e-commerce best practices to enhance sales, product visibility, and profitability. The role requires managing product listings, inventory, pricing, and sales performance, while ensuring excellent customer service and collaboration with the team to meet business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage stores on Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Shopify.
• Use knowledge of Amazon algorithms and best practices to drive sales, improve visibility, and enhance profitability.
• Update product listings, inventory, and pricing information.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, profits, and customer feedback.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
