Job Description:
Alestra Solutions, a leading provider of digital and design services based in Islamabad, is seeking a Junior CSR to support our website development department. As a Junior CSR, you’ll be the direct point of contact for our clients, ensuring clear communication, assisting in understanding project requirements, and managing timelines to drive projects forward.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Maintain professional and timely communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Meeting Management: Attend client meetings, take notes, and relay project requirements and progress to the team.
- Requirements Gathering: Document client requirements to ensure alignment with development goals.
- Platform Knowledge: Apply basic knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms to resolve client issues.
- Design Insights: Offer design input to align with client needs and industry standards.
- Time & Deadline Management: Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Task Allocation: Work closely with the team to allocate tasks and ensure smooth project workflows.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer support role, ideally in a website development or tech environment.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Strong communication skills to manage client expectations.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- A keen eye for design is a plus!
