Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join Topspot Media, a leading content creation agency. This field-based role involves building relationships with large industries and brands, securing approvals, and collaborating with the team to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a list of potential clients in large industries and brands.
• Conduct regular meetups to establish strong business relationships.
• Secure approvals from large-scale industries for business activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team for project execution and follow-ups.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO.
• Lead the team to achieve business development goals.

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Minimum 14 years of education; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Presentable personality with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a field-based role.
• Ability to manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel as required.
