Job Description:
Faisal Movers is urgently seeking an experienced Admin Incharge to oversee and manage the administrative functions at our Lahore terminal. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, prior experience in administration management, and expertise in equipment and safety maintenance. Candidates based permanently in Lahore are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems for efficiency
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained
- Collect, organize, and store information using computers and filing systems
- Oversee special projects and track progress toward company goals
- Prepare purchase reports, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
- Enter order details (vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Requirements:
- Male (required for this position)
- Safety Inspections: Minimum 3 years
- Administration Management: Minimum 2 years
- Field Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Minimum 2 years
- Electrical Maintenance: Minimum 3 years
