Alestra Solutions is seeking a talented Senior Animator to join their creative team in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in 2D/3D character animation, with strong proficiency in Blender and After Effects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct animation projects, ensuring high creative and technical quality.
• Create 2D and 3D character animations, including facial and body animation, and lip-syncing.
• Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level animators.
• Collaborate with directors, designers, and other departments to integrate animations into the final project.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with rigs, pipelines, or rendering processes.
• Ensure animations meet artistic and technical standards, adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement new animation technologies.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in 2D/3D character animation, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling, rigging, and animation.
• Expertise in After Effects for post-production and compositing.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team of animators.
• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, weight).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
