Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support through live chat, addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, escalating when necessary.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and offer further assistance.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and resolve issues.
- Meet response and resolution targets according to company standards and SLAs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service practices, contributing to team improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a live chat role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Familiarity with customer service software and practices
