Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Executive/Manager to oversee the company’s social media presence across various platforms. This role requires a creative individual with a passion for engaging audiences, driving brand awareness, and managing content strategies. The Social Media Executive will work closely with the marketing and content teams to plan, create, and execute engaging campaigns aligned with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to align with marketing objectives and increase brand awareness
• Manage and execute social media campaigns and daily posts across platforms to engage the audience and promote company initiatives
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a strong presence on all platforms by interacting with users in a timely and professional manner
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth to optimize content and strategies; use insights to adjust social media strategies as needed
• Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visual representation across all platforms
• Monitor competitor activities and trends in social media, identifying opportunities for engagement and content innovation
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to incorporate into the company's social media presence
• Assist in identifying and managing relationships with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach
• Maintain and update a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of posts, campaigns, and promotions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field
• Fresh to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
