Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to engage with US-based businesses over the phone and offer digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing
• Ability to work the night shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM) from Monday to Friday
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses
• Present and promote digital marketing services and graphic design, including SEO, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and close sales
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
