Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator with 6-12 months of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires working the night shift (6 PM to 3 AM) and offers a great opportunity for learning and growth. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in evaluating and preparing cost estimates for various projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift and BlueBeam software.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing information.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy in cost forecasting.
• Update and maintain a database of cost information.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support estimates and proposals.
