Job Description:

Seeking a TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant to manage shop operations, customer engagement, and order handling.;Responsible for providing a seamless shopping experience and enhancing shop visibility to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the TikTok Shop.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process and fulfill orders promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that enhance shop visibility and drive sales.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize the shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or virtual assistant roles.
• Proficiency in managing TikTok shop and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with social media marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track performance metrics.
• UK-based experience is preferable.
• Must be Lahore-based for occasional in-office collaboration.
