HR Intern

Job Description:

We are a Norway-based Psychiatrist Clinic Group, offering a unique HR internship opportunity for motivated individuals. Under the mentorship of an experienced HR Manager, you'll be guided through various organizational projects, gaining invaluable experience working with international clients. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
  • Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Assist in organizing company bi-annual conferences, training sessions, and workshops
  • Help with payroll processing and maintain attendance records
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Assist in handling employee queries and requests
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Requirements:

  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
