Job Description:

The Shopify Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of an online store hosted on the Shopify platform. This role involves managing all aspects of the e-commerce site to ensure its smooth functioning, growth, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the e-commerce store by updating product photos, uploading new products, generating product descriptions, and tracking inventory.
• Support new product launches, including site development and enhancement of customer experience.
• Optimize product pages based on customer feedback and performance data.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers to update the website with digital media and promotional materials.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues or comments promptly.
• Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by product and offer code performance.

Education Required:

• Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience managing an e-commerce store on the Shopify platform.
• Proficiency in Shopify platform management and e-commerce best practices.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and product optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and customer service teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales metrics and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
