Job Description:
The Shopify Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of an online store hosted on the Shopify platform. This role involves managing all aspects of the e-commerce site to ensure its smooth functioning, growth, and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the e-commerce store by updating product photos, uploading new products, themes, generating product descriptions, and tracking inventory.
- Support new product launches including site development in conjunction with general customer experience.
- Optimize product pages based on customer feedback.
- Work with the Graphic Designers to update the website with digital media and promotional materials.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by product, and offer code performance.
Education Required:
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in managing a Shopify store.
- Strong understanding of the Shopify platform and its features.
- Experience with product management, inventory tracking, and e-commerce optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with graphic designers and other team members.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate reports and insights from sales data.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
