Job Description:
The Social Media Marketing (Females) will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance our social media presence.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Experience with social media analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and how to measure and report on them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
