International Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in cost estimation services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a qualification in marketing. This role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies in the cost estimation services industry.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals and maintain favorable terms for the company.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales strategies.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in cost estimation services or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
