Auto body technician
You may become an auto body technician if you have the skills to play with vehicles from a technical point of view. Doors of endless opportunities remain open for hard-working and talented individuals, but employers do prefer to hire people with an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification, or a similar degree. Automotive engineer
There are various reasons why you should become an automotive engineer. First of all, this is a well-paying job, and your chances of getting hired are high; secondly, the job offers you lots of experience as a technician, and you may open your own workshop once you’ve gained sufficient experience. An automotive engineer needs to have a bachelor’s degree in a related field—mechanical engineering. STEM skills are also important, and you should have great problem-solving and analytical skills. From this position, you can make up to $84,190 per year.
Car detailer
It would not be wrong to say that car detailers are in high demand these days. Such persons are responsible for guiding customers about some cars, their characteristics, and their features. You should also have knowledge about cleaning cars’ interiors and exteriors, including windows, wheels, and more. A degree in automotive is usually required for this position and experience of two to three years. You can make up to $23,500 per year.
