Hotel manager
In any hotel, restaurant, mess, club, guest house, hostel, etc., the person who looks after the entire management of this establishment is called the manager. His duties include supervising the preparation of food and beverages, supervising the management and maintenance of residential facilities, supervising the work of departmental supervisors, and familiarizing himself with the work and problems of all the employees of the institution and their work-related activities. Restaurant/Catering Manager

Housekeeper

Chef/Cook
Chefs supervise the cooking process in the kitchens of hotels and restaurants, while those who perform the same responsibility in hostels or hospitals are called cooks. In Urdu, both are called Bawarchi or Khansaman. Big hotels have more than one chef and their head chef is called Khansaman (head chef). In small hotels, only one cook is in charge of all kitchen matters. The duties of a khansaman, or cook, include maintaining the quality, taste, preparation and serving of food. The Khansaman is also responsible for the purchase of equipment and materials for preparing food, the selection of food according to the season and the festival, and their pricing.
