| MD (Internal Medicine) |
- MBBS or equivalent from a university recognized by BMU and registered with PMDC. One year House Job from a recognized medical institution.
- Two or more years working experience in a recognized institution either in the relevant subject.
- An NOC from the parent department if working in another institution.

| MD (Pediatrics) |
- MBBS or equivalent from a university recognized by BMU and registered with PMDC. One year House Job from a recognized medical institution.
- Two or more years working experience in a recognized institution either in the relevant subject.
- An NOC from the parent department if working in another institution.

| MS (Surgery) |
- MBBS or equivalent from a university recognized by BMU and registered with PMDC. One year House Job from a recognized medical institution.
- Two or more years working experience in a recognized institution either in the relevant subject.
- An NOC from the parent department if working in another institution.

| MS (Ophthalmology) |
- MBBS or equivalent from a university recognized by BMU and registered with PMDC. One year House Job from a recognized medical institution.
- Two or more years working experience in a recognized institution either in the relevant subject.

| MS (Otorhinolaryngology) |
- MBBS or equivalent from a university recognized by BMU and registered with PMDC. One year House Job from a recognized medical institution.
- Two or more years working experience in a recognized institution either in the relevant subject.
- An NOC from the parent department if working in another institution.

| Master of Public Health |
- Medical and Dental officers with MBBS or BDS qualification with valid registration from PMDC with a minimum of two years experience in health system.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy / Pharm D with minimum of three years of experience.
- B.Sc(Nursing) / R/ N B.Sc(N) with valid registration from PNC with three years experience.
- The minimum requirement for the candidates to appear in the examination is 75% attendance.

| M.Sc Medical Technology |
- BSc. Medical Technology with at least 2nd Division from a recognized Institution / University.
|
| MBA |
- 16 years of Education or equivalent with 50% marks or 2.5% CGPA.
- M.Sc, M.A, BSCN, MBBS, BDS, DPT, Pharm D, BS, BE etc.

| MS (Hematology) |
- MBBS or equivalent from a university recognized by BMU and registered with PMDC. One year House Job from a recognized medical institution.
- Two or more years working experience in a recognized institution either in the relevant subject.

| MS in Transfusion Medicine |
- MBBS or equivalent from a university recognized by BMU and registered with PMDC. One year House Job from a recognized medical institution.

| M.Sc Hematology |
- One years teaching experience in teaching or any other allied field shall be required before students are admitted in M.Phil. program.

| M.Phil (Anatomy) |
- 16 years of Education in relevant discipline.
- A minimum of two years experience which includes one years house job and at least one year experience in laboratory medicine is required for the medical graduates.
- Preference shall be given to those who have postgraduate diploma in relevant subject / field with two years experience of basic sciences.

- 16 years of Education in relevant discipline.
