Eligibility Criteria

For BS Audiology and Speech-Language Therapy:

• Applicants should have completed a Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent 12th Grade Qualification and have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in any discipline.
• Candidates who are waiting for their HSSC or equivalent 12th Grade results are also eligible to apply on a provisional basis.
• Applicants should have studied Sciences with Biology in Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or Biology in equivalent 10th Grade.
• Applicants having non-medical background should complete “Biology” as a foundation course in zero semester.
• Applicants are required to take entrance tests, conducted by the Ziauddin University Examination Department. 
• The entrance test assesses the applicant’s cognitive abilities, problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and language proficiency and also knowledge in areas like biology, physics, chemistry, mathematics, and English language or communication sciences.
• Applicants are required to demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English language.
• BS in Audiology and Speech-Language Therapy program is conducted in English. English language proficiency is crucial in these fields as effective communication with clients and colleagues is essential.
• Applicants are required to submit a personal statement or essay detailing their interest in audiology and speech-language therapy, relevant experiences, and career goals. This provides an opportunity for applicants to showcase their passion and commitment to the field.
• The interview may be conducted by faculty members or professionals in the fields of audiology and speech-language therapy. It allows the institute to assess the applicant’s communication skills, interpersonal abilities, commitment toward a helping profession, and suitability for the program.

Doctor of Physical Therapy:

• Minimum 50% marks in Pre-Medical Group of Higher Secondary Certificate Examination held by a recognized Board of Intermediate Education in Pakistan or O/A Level and other equivalent to HSC (Pre-medical).
• Applications from overseas candidates are also invited.
• Students awaiting results of Board of Intermediate / A-level Examinations are also eligible to apply.
• Note: It is the responsibility of the applicant to submit the application according to instructions given with the application form.
• Applications are invited for Karachi campus (all locations: Clifton, North, and Link Road) and Sukkur campus.

• Candidates having minimum 50% marks in Intermediate (Pre-Medical)/ Home Economics/ A-Level (Biology Mandatory) are eligible to apply.

• Intermediate / A Levels from all disciplines.

• Click on "Register as new applicant" or use the "All programs search" to find your desired program.
• Enter your academic qualifications accurately.
• Review all the entered information carefully and submit your application.
• After your account is created, you will receive two codes: one on your email and another on your cell number.
• Pay the processing fee using online debit/credit card, Paypro, or via cash payment.
• Enter the received codes and click on "Verify code".
• Re-login to your portal to view and print your admit card.
• Fill in your personal information accurately. Ensure all information is reviewed before final submission.
