Eligibility Criteria

BS Eligibility:

Program	Eligibility
BBA	Admission will be granted strictly on merit i.e on the basis of the marks obtained in 1st year (with no supply) or FA/FSC /l. Com/ICS/A Level examination or equivalent in 1st annual 2024, 2nd annual 2024 and 1st annual 2025 for morning and replica programs. The BS applicants can avail HEC-USAT or GCUF entry test. 50% marks will be required for qualifying the test.
Accounting and Finance	Admission will be granted strictly on merit i.e on the basis of the marks obtained in 1st year (with no supply) or FA/FSC /l. Com/ICS/A Level examination or equivalent in 1st annual 2024, 2nd annual 2024 and 1st annual 2025 for morning and replica programs. The BS applicants can avail HEC-USAT or GCUF entry test. 50% marks will be required for qualifying the test.

Application Process:

• Step 1 Account ! Create Admissions Account.
• Step 2 Login ! Login Admission portal . You can login CNIC with Date of birth OR CNIC with Password.
• Step 3 Personal Information ! After login Check Your Personal Information. Here you can update it.
• Step 4 Photograph ! upload your recent photograph.
• Step 5 Academic details ! Add your previous academic details one by one from lower to higher degree level.
• Step 6 Entry Test ! Add Entry Test detail if required.
• Step 7 Program Selection ! Select program(s) in which you want to get admission in GCUF.
• Step 8 Proof Reading ! Check your application thoroughly if found any mistake update relevant section and then finalize application.
• Step 9 Fee Voucher ! Take Print of Fee voucher and pay in mentioned Bank.
• The applicant can apply through on line application submission system at the GCUF website: http://gcuf.edu.pk/admission along with a challan of Rupees. 1000/-as admission processing fee and Rs.500/-for admission test (where applicable) at every attempt.

Note:

• In pursuance of the directions of the Government of the Punjab 1% seats (01 seat) are reserved for disabled persons in each program.
• However, the candidates should meet minimum eligibility criteria to apply.
• Candidates applying for Reserved Seats (Gilgit/Baltistan/Baluchistan/Ex-Fata/Shuhda of Armed Forces/Police/Employees of GCUF/Minorities) must apply through online admission system within due date and will secure admission on provision of nomination from respective Authorities.
• The nomination should reach in the Admission Office GCUF before the last date for submission of online Admission Form.
• In pursuance of the directions of NCHR Act of 2012, 29% Education Quota for religious minorities is reserved for each morning program.
• 2% seats for sports and co-curricular in all morning BS programs except Pharm-D, BS Electrical Engineering and LLB (5 years).
• SSC/HSSC certificate must be verified from IBCC within 1st semester of admission of Fall semester 2025-26.
• The admission will stand canceled at any stage without any notice, if a student fails to fulfil the eligibility criteria of the admitted program.
• Entry test is compulsory for admission in all programs.
• Note:- Normally classes are scheduled:- Morning from 8:00 am to 02:00 pm Replica from 12:00 pm to 05:00 pm Evening from 04:00 pm to onward.
