Bachelors Eligibility:

Program	Eligibility
BS Mathematics(specialization in Al, Data Science)	At least 2nd Division in FSC or Equivalent Examination with subject of Mathematics, securing at least 45% marks in aggregate. Any other examination of a Foreign University/Institution / Examining Body, equivalent to Intermediate. Equivalence and percentage of marks will be determined by IBCC. Diploma of Associate Engineering Examination, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate. Intermediate with Pre-Medical, securing at least 45% of marks in aggregate. The student has to study an additional course (non-credit) to fulfil the deficiency.
BS Nursing (BSN)	SSC in science or equivalent examination with no 3rd division having studied Biology. HSSC (Pre medical) or equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks with Biology.
BS Environmental Science	Intermediate Science (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering), or Equivalent Intermediate in Computer Sciences, Diploma in Agri. Sciences (DAS) 3 years/Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE). No Third Division in the Terminal Degree.
BS Medical Lab Technology (MLT)	FSC (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent (Equivalence of FSC (MLT), Higher Secondary School Certificate in (Group: Medical Technologies). At least 50% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) examination. No Third Division in the Terminal Degree.
BS Biochemistry	At least 2nd Division in FSC (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent with Biology. No Third Division in the Terminal Degree.
BS Biotechnology	FSC (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent with Biology as an Elective Subject. No Third Division in the Terminal Degree.
BS Food Sciences and Technology	Intermediate Science (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering) or Equivalent. No Third Division in the Terminal Degree.
BS Botany	At least 2nd Division in F.SC or Equivalent Examination with subject of Biology. No Third Division in the Terminal Degree.
BS Zoology	At least 2nd Division in FSC or Equivalent Examination with the subject Biology. No Third Division in the Terminal Degree.
BS Physics	At least 2nd Division in F.SC or Equivalent Examination with the subject of Physics. No Third Division in the Terminal Degree.
BS Chemistry	At least 2nd Division in FSC or Equivalent Examination with subject of Chemistry OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering (DCE) / Diploma in Chemical Technology (DCT) securing at least 60% marks in aggregate. No Third Division in the Terminal Degree.

Application Process:

• Candidate shall register herself on the university website www.gscwu.edu.pk by filling the registration form. Please remember your e-mail ID and Password for future queries/login.
• login using the above given credentials and click on the application
• Enter all the required Personnel information.
• Enter Academic Information according to your admission preference(s) and submit application form(s). You will have to submit separate online application form and application processing fee for each desired program.
• Print online generated Challan Form and deposit it in using HBL Mobile App /HBL Konnect App and HBL Konnect Agent.
• You can apply in different programs as per eligibility criteria through your registered account. However, for each program you must deposit separate application processing fee.
• You can login your registered account using Email address and password to edit / update your application form or to check the status of your application(s).
• BS Candidate must submit a hard copy of following documents in Admission cell up to JUNE 20, 2025. A separate hard copy shall be submitted for each program if the applicant has applied in more than one programs.
• A printed copy of online submitted application
• Original copy of Challan form deposited in any HBL Mobile App /HBL Konnect App and HBL Konnect Agent
• A Copy of academic Certificates/ Degree(s)
• A Copy of CNIC/B-Form
• A Copy of Domicile (for Bahawalpur Quota (District Bahawal Nager, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan) only for undergraduate program)
• For Admission in PhD, the applicant must submit Statement of purpose as an integral part of the application. A statement of purpose shall, at least, include the following:
• Title of the potential research proposal
• Clear articulation of the current understanding of the intended field and ideas for potential research
• Explanation of the intended impact of the proposed research
• The prospective candidates shall demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the area of research.
