How to Register
Application Process:
- The Application fee is Rupees. 2000/- (UHS will receive the fee)
- Candidates will apply through the UHS online portal Separate applications for the Medical and Dental Program.
- While applying to the UHS Portal for BDS Admission at The Dental College, University College of Medicine and Dentistry, Lahore Please Select Dental College, University College of Medicine & Dentistry, Lahore (The University of Lahore)
- The Application shall be editable till the closing date of submission.
Documents Required:
- Candidates must have their Matriculation and HSSC/F.SC (Pre-Medical) certificates/result cards attested by their respective Boards of Intermediate & Secondary Education.
- Candidates with foreign qualifications (A-levels, IB, American/Canadian 12th grade, etc.) must provide an Equivalence Certificate or Provisional Equivalence Letter from IBCC for their 10th and 12th grade qualifications.
- Submit one of the following: CNIC, NICOP, POC, B-Form, or Passport.
- A parent's identity document is also required.
- Pakistani students abroad or with dual nationality must provide additional documents (e.g., Iqama, Residence Permit, Green Card, or Foreign Passport).
- Recent colored photograph with blue background.
- Soft copies must be prepared for online submission in JPG/JPEG format, with each file not exceeding 1 MB.
- Clear and legible original documents must be uploaded.
- For double-sided documents like the CNIC, prepare separate files for both sides.
