PhD Accounting & Finance	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA in MS or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
PhD Computer Science	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA in MS Computer Science or equivalent. All applicants are required to pass the UCP Admission Test and Interview.
PhD Electrical Engineering	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA in MS or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
PhD Mechanical Engineering	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA in MS or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
PhD Civil Engineering	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA in MS or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
PhD Psychology	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA in MS Clinical Psychology or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
PhD International Relations	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA or 60% marks from an annual system in International Relations (IR), Political Science, South Asian Studies, Defense and Strategic Studies (DSS), Foreign Policy Studies, Public Policy, Political Economy, Diplomatic Studies, Pakistan Studies, Regional Studies, International Organizations Studies, Peace Studies, Conflict and Conflict Resolution, Environmental Politics, Nuclear Studies, Governance, Fiscal Policy Studies, Local Self-Government, or other relevant disciplines in the fields of social sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
PhD Linguistics	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA or 60% marks from an annual system in M.Phil./MS Applied Linguistics, Linguistics, ELT, TESOL.
PhD Chemistry	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA or 60% marks from an annual system MS/M.Phil. Chemistry (Organic, Inorganic, Analytical, Physical, Applied Chemistry, or Biochemistry).
PhD Biochemistry	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA or 60% marks in an annual system in MS/M.Phil. in the relevant field.
PhD Microbiology	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA or 60% marks in an annual system in MS/M.Phil. in the relevant field.
PhD Biotechnology	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA or 60% marks in an annual system in MS/M.Phil. in the relevant field.
PhD Food Technology	At least 3.00/4.00 CGPA or 60% marks in an annual system in MS/M.Phil. in MS Food Science & Technology, MS Food Technology, MS Food & Nutrition, MS Food Safety and Quality Management, MS Food Service Management or equivalent degree.

How to Register

Application Process:

• Step 1: Visit the campus or our official website ucp.edu.pk, to find detailed information regarding our various programs.
• Step 2: After deciding on the program, interested students can apply by completing the online form available at admissions.ucp.edu.pk The application processing fees can be paid online or through bank transfer, alternatively payment can also be made at the Admissions Office.
• Step 3: Admission forms can be submitted online through UCP Online Admission Portal. After submission, the candidate will be issued a reference number, admission test date, date of interview (if any) as well as the venue of the test printed on a letter.
• Step 4: The merit list of successful candidates will be displayed on the official website of UCP and the candidate will be notified via email, SMS and portal.
• Step 5: Successful candidates will be required to deposit dues within the deadline to get the registration number and first-semester courses detail.
• All the students are expected to attend an orientation session; they are also welcome to collect their timetables from our information desk.

Note for PhD Programs Applicants:

• Candidates for PhD programs are required to pass the UCP Admission Test with a 60% score or a test equivalent to GRE/HAT General, conducted by testing bodies accredited by HEC with a passing score of 60% followed by an interview by the Graduate Admission Committee.
