Eligibility Criteria

BS/B.Ed Eligibility Criteria:

Program	Eligibility
B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture (Evening)	FSC (Pre-Medical /Pre-Engineering/ Pre Agriculture) with at least 2nd Division (45% aggregate marks) (Open Merit). 3-Year Diploma in Agriculture, with at least 2nd Division (45.0% aggregate marks), against 3 (Three) Reserved Seats.
BS Environmental Science	Intermediate or equivalent with at least 2nd Division (45.0% aggregate marks). Candidates having three year diploma in Business Administration will only be considered on merit against reserved seats.
BS English	Intermediate or equivalent with at least 2nd Division (45% aggregate marks) & minimum 45% marks in English.
BS Pakistan Studies	Intermediate or equivalent with at least 2nd Division (45.0% aggregate marks). Candidates having three year diploma in Business Administration will only be considered on merit against reserved seats.
BS Development Studies	Intermediate or equivalent with at least 2nd Division (45.0% aggregate marks). Candidates having three year diploma in Business Administration will only be considered on merit against reserved seats.
BS Sociology	Intermediate or equivalent with at least 2nd Division (45.0% aggregate marks). Candidates having three year diploma in Business Administration will only be considered on merit against reserved seats.
BS Botany	FSC (Pre-Medical) with at least 2nd Division (45.0% aggregate marks) and minimum 45% marks in Biology.
BS Zoology	FSC (Pre-Medical) with at least 2nd Division (45.0% aggregate marks) and minimum 45% marks in Biology.
BS Physics (Evening Only)	Intermediate or equivalent with Physics, with at least 2nd Division (45.0% aggregate marks) and minimum 45% marks in Physics. (Open Merit). Three Year Diploma of Associate Engineer, with Physics with at least 2nd  Division (45.0% aggregate marks), & minimum 45% marks in Physics, against 5 (Five) Reserved Seats.
BS Mathematics	Intermediate or equivalent with Mathematics, with at least 2nd Division (45.0% aggregate marks) and minimum 45% marks in Mathematics.(Open Merit). Three Year Diploma of Associate Engineer, with Mathematics with at least 2nd Division (45.0% aggregate marks), & minimum 45% marks in Physics, against 5 (Five) Reserved Seats.
BS Chemistry	FSC (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering) with at least 2nd Division (45.0% aggregate marks) and minimum 45% marks in Chemistry.
B.Ed 1.5 (EVENING ONLY)	Intermediate or equivalent with at least 2nd Division (45.0% aggregate marks).

How to Register

Admission Process:

• Create account with a working Email address & CNIC. All important details regarding your admission will be sent via Email. After registering, You will receive Email to verify your Email address. Click the link given in Email and then you will be able to login using your CNIC.
• After Login, Fill application Form properly, Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• For Undergraduate (and BBA-2 Year/B.Ed-1.5 Year), Please generate voucher, pay at nearest branch of Allied Bank Ltd. and upload it on GU Web Portal.
• For Admission in MS/MPhil/M.SC.(Hons)/PhD programs, if applicant has a minimum score of 50% in GAT should upload result card. If GAT is not pass, candidate must apply for departmental test. (Test Fee 1000/-)
• Download your application to verify your details, if you find any mistake, edit your application in your Dashboard by Login to your GU account.
• If you registered your CNIC last year, then you do not need to register again. Please Directly Login. In case you do not remember password, kindly click "Forgot Password".

Important Details:

• ONLINE FORM CAN BE FILLED AT GHAZI UNIVERSITY WEBSITE www.gudgk.edu.pk 
• Maximum age limit: BS: 24 Years (Age relaxation subject to the approval of the competent authority)
• Commencement of Evening Class depends upon the availability of minimum 25 students in the mentioned degree programs .
• The candidates must submit online filled admission application form, upload soft copies of relevant academic & personal documents, along with paid bank challan of Rupees. 800/- at Online Admission Portal (Hard Copies are not required at this stage).
• All admissions will remain provisional till verification of original documents.
• University has right to drop any degree program.
• Admission in hostel (Female only) depends upon availability of seats.
