Eligibility
|
Project Management |
- Four Years Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2.5 CGPA or 50% marks, from an accredited institution.
- NTS (GAT) with 50% marks as per CUI policy.

Chemistry |
- A 16 years degree in the relevant field from an accredited educational institution with minimum First Division (annual system) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester system) and no third division (annual system) or D grade(semester system) throughout the academic career. NTS GAT General with minimum score of 50.

Economics |
- A 16 year degree in the relevant field from an accredited educational institution with First Division (annual system) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester system).
- No third division or D grade throughout the academic career. GAT (General) with 50% marks.

Mathematics |
- A I6-year degree, in the relevant field, from an accredited educational institution.
- Minimum CGPA of 2.5/4.0 (semester system) or First Division (annual system) with no third division (annual system) or 'D' grade (semester system) throughout the academic career.
- NTS GAT(General)with a minimum of 50%marks (must be valid on the date of admission) or 60% score in any other entry test adopted by the university.

Biotechnology |
- 16-years degree in a relevant field
- Minimum CGPA of 2.5/4.0 in the semester system or First Division in an annual system with no 3rd division or D grade (semester system) throughout the academic career.
- NTS-GAT (General) with a minimum of 50% marks or 60% score in any other test adopted by the university.

Civil Engineering |
- A 16 years degree in civil engineering in relevant field from an accredited institution, with minimum First division (annual system) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester system) and no third division (Annual system) or D grade (semester system) throughout academic career.
- NTS GAT (General) with minimum score of 50.

Computer Science |
- The candidates for MS(CS) have to qualify GAT test conducted by NTS.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 16 years degree with min. 2.5 CGPA in Computer Science or relevant fields with no third division or D grade throughout academic career. However, in case deficiency in core computational knowledge and skills, the student may be advised by the department to take some noncredit courses.

Development Studies |
- A 16 years degree in the Masters in Development studies with OR Master's degree/ Four years bachelor degree in social sciences, management/administrative sciences or other relevant disciplines. from an accredited institution, with minimum First division (annual system) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester system) and no third division (Annual system) or D grade (semester system) throughout academic career.
- NTS GAT (General) with minimum score of 50.

Electrical Engineering |
- 16 years degree in the relevant field from an accredited educational institution
- Minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4 (semester system) OR 1st division (annual system)
- No 3rd division throughout the academic career
- NTS GAT General test minimum score of 50

Computer Engineering |
- 6 years degree in the relevant field from an accredited educational institution
- Minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4 (semester system) OR 1st division (annual system)
- No 3rd division throughout the academic career
- NTS GAT General test minimum score of 50

Management Sciences |
- Four Years Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management Sciences with minimum 2.5 CGPA OR 50% marks, from an accredited institution.
- NTS (GAT) with 50% marks as per CUI policy.

Earth Sciences (Applied Geology/ Applied Geophysics) |
- A 16-year degree in the relevant field from an accredited educational institution, with a minimum First division (annual system) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester system) and no third division (annual system) or D grade (semester system) throughout the academic career.
- Valid admission test (NTS/GAT) with at least 50 score
- Interview assessment

Environmental Sciences |
- A 16-year degree in the relevant field from an accredited educational institution, with a minimum First division (annual system) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester system) and no third division (annual system) or D grade (semester system) throughout the academic career.
- Valid admission test (NTS/GAT) with at least 50 scores and interview assessment

Conflict Peace and Development Studies |
- A minimum of 16 years of education with a Masters degree in Development Studies, Conflict, Peace and Development Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, International Relations, Gender Studies and other relevant disciplines
- A minimum of CGPA 3.00 in the terminal degrees (Semester system) with no third division (annual system) in entire academic career
- International GRE (in any social science subject) or GAT (General) with a score of 50 or above.
- Strong research proposal
- Priority will be given to CUI faculty and staff, female applicants, police/armed forces and disadvantaged/marginalized groups

Business Administration (MBA) |
- A minimum of 16 years of education in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Public Administration and Policy, Development Studies, or other relevant disciplines from an accredited institution.
- A minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 (semester system) or 60% marks (annual system).
- Applicants must have no third division or D grade throughout their academic career.
- A minimum score of 50% in the National Testing Service Graduate Assessment Test (NTS-GAT) is mandatory.
