How to Register

Application Process:

  • Prospectus 2024-25 can be downloaded from: https://szabist-isb.edu.pk/wp-content/uploads/downloads/Prospectus/Prospectus.pdf 
  • Application shall be submitted through online portal by uploading the scanned copies of the required documents, photographs and admission processing fee paid challan or pay order of Rupees. 2000/- (Non- refundable) in the name of SZABIST Islamabad.
  • The candidates are required to submit hard copies of all the requisite documents through courier service at the following address: Admissions Office, SZABIST, Plot # 67, Street # 9, Sector H-8/4, Islamabad.
  • The documents can also be dropped by hand in the Admission Office during office hours.
  • The candidates who are seeking exemption from entry test on the basis of NAT/SAT or GAT-Gen/HAT are required to submit the result card.
  • While filling the application form, use your name as it appears on your matriculation or O-level certificate. HEC does not accept any change in the name, when degrees are submitted for attestation.
  • Candidates can apply in more than one program and submit application processing @ Rupees 2000/- for each application.
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Admission Tests and Interview:

  • Admission tests is held on-campus followed by an on campus interview.
  • Merit list is prepared for Undergraduate and Master/MS programs as per marks distribution in Para-I above.
  • Candidates for undergraduate programs who have done SAT-I with minimum 1100/1600 score can upload their SAT-I result and their admission test is exempted.
  • Candidates for MS/Master of Media Science programs who have passed GAT (General) /GRE /HAT relevant with minimum 50% marks are exempted from entry test. NAT result with minimum 50% score is also acceptable.
  • GAT (Sub) with minimum 60% score is a mandatory requirement for shortlisting of PhD-Psychology interview candidates.
  • The list of successful candidates (merit/waiting) will be posted on the website and applicants will also be notified through SMS.
