MS Computer Science |
- A minimum of 16 years degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum of first division (annual system) or CGPA of 2.5/4.0 (semester system) with no third division or D grade in academic career.
- NTS GAT (General, valid for CS) with 50% or higher marks and
- Interview

Computer Engineering |
- A 16 years degree in the relevant field from an accredited educational institution with First Division (annual system) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester system).
- No third division or D grade throughout the academic career.
- GAT (General) with 50% marks.

MS Pharmacy |
- A 16 years degree in the relevant field from an accredited institution, with minimum First division (annual system) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester system) and no third division (Annual system) or D grade (semester system) throughout academic career.
- NTS GAT (General) with minimum score of 50.

MS Clinical Psychology |
- Sixteen years of education with BS in Psychology from an accredited educational institution
- NTS (GAT General test) with 50% marks
- No third division or D grade throughout the academic career
- Minimum 2.5 CGP as per HEC criteria

MS Energy and Environmental Engineering |
- A 16-years degree preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, Power Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Technology, Polymer Technology, or in the relevant field from an accredited educational institution, with First Division (annual system) or minimum CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester system) and no third division (annual system) or D grade (semester system) throughout the academic career.
- NTS GAT (General) with minimum 50 score (must be valid on the date of admission)..
- All other terms and conditions regarding Graduate programs approved by the Competent Authority from time to time shall be applicable.

MS Chemistry |
- A 16 years degree in any discipline of Chemistry from an accredited institution, with minimum First division (annual system) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester system) and no third division (Annual system) or 'D' grade (semester system) throughout academic career.
- NTS GAT (General) with minimum score of 50.

Economics |
- Minimum 75% marks in relevant sixteen years of education in annual system. OR
- Minimum 2.5 CGPA in BS or equivalent in semester system.

MS Project Management |
- 16 years degree in business administration, administrative sciences, public administration, or relevant discipline from an accredited educational institution.

Chemical Engineering |
- A 16-years degree preferably in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Technology, Polymer Technology, or in the relevant field related to Engineering and Technology From an accredited educational institution, with First Division (annual system) or minimum CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester system) and no third division (annual system) or D grade (semester system) throughout the academic career
- NTS GAT (General) with minimum 50 score (must be valid on the date of admission).
- All other terms and conditions regarding Graduate programs approved by the Competent Authority from time to time shall be applicable.

Energy Systems Engineering |
- A 16-year degree preferably in Energy, Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Petroleum & Gas, Polymer, Metallurgy, Materials, Mining, Geology, Power, and Industrial Engineering or in the relevant field from an accredited educational institution, with First Division (annual system) or minimum CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester system) and no third division (annual system) or 4D grade (semester system) throughout the academic career
- A NTS GAT (General) with a minimum 50 scores (must be valid on the date of admission).
- All other terms and conditions regarding Graduate programs approved by the Competent Authority from time to time shall be applicable.

- 16 years undergraduate qualification from an accredited educational institution, with minimum First Division (Annual System) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (Semester System) and no third division (Annual System) or D grade (Semester System) throughout the academic career.
- NTS GAT (General) with minimum score of 50 as per CUI policy.
